Two Steps Forward, One Step Back

All's been quiet on the blogging front lately. I have been knitting. It's just that it's been a process of *k1,rip1* Repeat until you get it right! But I think I finally have the Noro Vest on track. I'm about 3/4 done with the front. The back should fly by after this since I've spent so much time figuring things out and reworking on the front's time.

Back to work tomorrow after a nice summer break. 4 days a week, but I fear knitting and blogging are going to be adversely impacted. OR maybe I'll be more productive since I'll have less free time. Yeah, I'm sure that's the way it'll go.

Oh, and I mailed my TKGA Level I stuff today ...

Absolutely beautiful! Is that Noro Silk Road?

congratulations on sending in your Level 1! That has got to be a huge relief for you.

When I did my Level 1, I only had a couple of resubmits to do, and I had learned a TON. Best wishes for yours!

Oh, this is so beautiful, a stunning piece of art already! I do admire your patience with it though, I've had a couple of knitting things bugging the heck out of me lately and I got so unnerved and confused with it! Great that you have the patience and determination to go on and on after a step back - and the end result is definitely going to be worth it, big time!
All the best of luck with Level 1!

It looks gorgeous!!! And congratulations on sending in the Level 1 stuff!
I have been ripping more than knitting lately. Well, I suppose ripping exactly as much as knitting. I have reached sort of a Zen state about it, though, where I am enjoying doing the same cuff over and over again. Also, I'm too lazy to measure and figure out my damn gauge. :)
Good luck with work ...

Lookitchoo, trying to sneak in that note in that cute little tiny font....

Congratulations! Keep us posted!

And the vest, she continues to become more beautymous alla time.
Delish. I think I can safely say that Noro is now going to be my "crack-yarn" of choice.
